Just Like That, I am Back

If I said I was back, would you believe me? Blogging is complicated, and there are so many "get rich quick" blogging schemes that make it look like you are a lost cause if you are not currently earning money blogging. And why are you even blogging if you don't have multiple streams of income and entertainment. If you don't have a brand? I do have this website, but I do not have Instagram, Twitter, TikTok (you don't want to see me dance), or whatever is next.  Heck, I haven't even updated this since before the pandemic. So why am I here, writing about being back and then, probably ghosting for another two years? Life has been rough. It's been painful and overwhelming. I am so thankful for you my readers, or what is left of you. I am so thankful you are reading this post. I am so thankful that you are still committed to making the world a more exciting and more sustainable place.  Keep up-cycling my friends, and you never know, I might be back again with an

Operation Wedding Dress

Coming this June a fun and fabulous series devoted to this dress:

That is right a wedding dress. I went to Goodwill today and purchased this 1980's gem of a dress for a whopping $1.00.

During the month of June I will be putting my creativity to the test by reworking this dress into a variety of crafty projects.  I would love for you to join me in Operation Wedding Dress. It is definitely an adventure in the making.

If you are interested in playing along go out and grab a wedding dress from your local thrift store. Goodwill has $1.00 items all the time. This week the luscious yellow tags were marked down from the original price to one dollar.

If you would like to play along, let me know. Who knows maybe I can even round up some sponsors to give away a prize or two for the best wedding redesign.

So if your in please comment or email me at thetshirtdiaries@yahoo.com.

I can't wait to hear from you!

Hi Robin,
Thank you for "following" me on blogfrog. I know you just love that word! :) But your blog is great! I can't believe how creative you are with the t-shirt bags. I'm very anxious to see what you are going to do with the wedding dress. First of all, I can't even believe that you found a wedding dress for $1.00! That is so crazy! But I will definitely check in to see how or what you do with it. Good luck!
