Just Like That, I am Back

If I said I was back, would you believe me? Blogging is complicated, and there are so many "get rich quick" blogging schemes that make it look like you are a lost cause if you are not currently earning money blogging. And why are you even blogging if you don't have multiple streams of income and entertainment. If you don't have a brand? I do have this website, but I do not have Instagram, Twitter, TikTok (you don't want to see me dance), or whatever is next.  Heck, I haven't even updated this since before the pandemic. So why am I here, writing about being back and then, probably ghosting for another two years? Life has been rough. It's been painful and overwhelming. I am so thankful for you my readers, or what is left of you. I am so thankful you are reading this post. I am so thankful that you are still committed to making the world a more exciting and more sustainable place.  Keep up-cycling my friends, and you never know, I might be back again with an

I Won Something

Seriously I never win anything. I must have applied to ten million bloggy contest where the winner is chosen and guess what it is not me:(

So imagine my surprise when I saw this post for Sunny over at Life in Rehab (we all know I need coffee rehab but that is another story.) I won a $40 gift card to CSN stores and I bought....

A Melissa and Doug Swivel Bridge Train Set for C2's Birthday. Yes that is right I am in the midsts of yet another birthday party planning frenzy, but hey what is a girl to do.
So check this bad boy out:

I have to say I am pretty excited I have one thing crossed off my list for C2. I know he will love it because the boy is obsessed with trains.

Keep on Upcycling,

Woohoo! Congrats! You deserve to win, and what an awesome prize!

By the way I wanted to say that the Terracycle prize that I won from your blog will become a door prize at my town's Earth Fair in 2011 (passing on the eco love). It will be the 3rd year that I will be organizing it (oh my!), and this year I wanted to have a few eco-friendly door prizes. Thank you :) Its going to really make someone's day (like it did for me).

Congrats! It's always fun to win stuff. I won a blog contest once, but still ended up being very disappointed. Somehow there was a mix up in contacting me, and after a while I sent a message to the blog that did the giveaway who got in touch with the sponsor of the giveaway, and by that time, the sponsor was in the process of closing her shop and had about 3 items left, none of which really appealed to me, and I just said not to worry about it. :(

Also, you should enter my giveaways (every wednesday) some months there are very few entries!!! :)
