Just Like That, I am Back

If I said I was back, would you believe me? Blogging is complicated, and there are so many "get rich quick" blogging schemes that make it look like you are a lost cause if you are not currently earning money blogging. And why are you even blogging if you don't have multiple streams of income and entertainment. If you don't have a brand? I do have this website, but I do not have Instagram, Twitter, TikTok (you don't want to see me dance), or whatever is next.  Heck, I haven't even updated this since before the pandemic. So why am I here, writing about being back and then, probably ghosting for another two years? Life has been rough. It's been painful and overwhelming. I am so thankful for you my readers, or what is left of you. I am so thankful you are reading this post. I am so thankful that you are still committed to making the world a more exciting and more sustainable place.  Keep up-cycling my friends, and you never know, I might be back again with an

Meet June of Creations By June

This is June....

Just joking it is just her fat cat Stuart...

This is the real June, it's just a really small picture.

1.Tell us a little about you and your blog.
I am a part time crafter and full time employee and wish it was the other way around! I have friends and family all over the world so started the blog so they could pop in and see what I was up and it has just went from there. I blog about my projects, some food, some photography, my family, animals and fitness... with 90% being craft based

2.How and when did you start crafting?
A better question would be... "when have you not crafted?" I am a 4-H kid gone wrong! I entered everything from sewing, cooking, crafts, livestock, photography.... you name it, I would do it! And I still enter fairs and other events...There were times when life was too busy, but I always kept my hands busy with something.. I go through my phases... but love it all... paper crafts, sewing, painting.. if I had to pick one and only one, I would choose... oh look! there goes a pretty butterfly!

3.What made you decide to join Stashbusting September?
I have a bit of a problem with fabric and paper and think I need to do something to reduce the mount of supplies I have! There are also projects that I have bought supplies for and have not quite got around to, partially because there was a "real good sale on xyz and I should get that and do 123" The stashbust makes me complete projects AND keeps me from starting knew ones!!

4. What one project do you hope to get done during this month?
My bedroom! I am taking it from a storage room with a bed to an adult room that I can leave the door open too!

5.What is your guilty pleasure?
caffeine... lots and lots of caffeine! oh and chocolate! The one pleasure I cannot live without is my boys. They are 17 and soon to be 23 and I cannot imagine my life without them.

6. If you were stuck on a desert island what crafting item would you bring with you (or items)
That is a tough one.. I would have to say....my sewing machine, and a good pair of scissors!
