Just Like That, I am Back

Image
If I said I was back, would you believe me? Blogging is complicated, and there are so many "get rich quick" blogging schemes that make it look like you are a lost cause if you are not currently earning money blogging. And why are you even blogging if you don't have multiple streams of income and entertainment. If you don't have a brand? I do have this website, but I do not have Instagram, Twitter, TikTok (you don't want to see me dance), or whatever is next.  Heck, I haven't even updated this since before the pandemic. So why am I here, writing about being back and then, probably ghosting for another two years? Life has been rough. It's been painful and overwhelming. I am so thankful for you my readers, or what is left of you. I am so thankful you are reading this post. I am so thankful that you are still committed to making the world a more exciting and more sustainable place.  Keep up-cycling my friends, and you never know, I might be back again with an

Becky's Craft Closet Upcycled Hoodie

I am so excited for this post! I love upcycling and Becky from Becky's craft closet takes three old shirts and makes them a beautiful boys hoodie! Thank you Becky so much for sharing!

Hello everyone,
I am Becky from Becky's Craft Closet
This is a blog I started a couple of years ago, to share ideas with friends near and far. also to kind of catalog all of my projects. I love to Create. Its like Therapy for me not to mention it is just kind of second nature to me. I grew up in a crafty home, and never knew there were people who didn't do this kinda stuff. lol. I don't think I am the most creative person out there, but I love to break things down and simplify them for someone who might think its just too complicated.

What made you decide to sign up for the Spring Stashbust?

Hahaha, A picture is worth a thousand words, and well....there are probably like a thousand projects I could do with all this stuff.   I love pretty fabrics, and I can't help it when I see something I just have to have it, its an illness passed down to me from my mother.  Also I can't stand to throw anything away that is still in good condition.

What are your favorite Upcycling projects?

I would love for you to come on over to my blog today to see how I made this adorable sweatshirt from 3 old shirts.
